Open HexPulse, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase. Your Premium content will be restored automatically.

No. HexPulse works completely offline. An internet connection is only used to make or restore an in-app purchase through the App Store and, if you use iCloud, to sync your progress between your devices.

Yes. HexPulse runs on iPhone and iPad. If you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both, your progress, Daily streak and best scores stay in sync. You can turn iCloud sync off in the app's Settings.

Tap a tile to turn it 60° clockwise; six taps bring it back to where it started. Tiles only turn clockwise, so a tile one step past its place has to go round again. Sources, targets and blockers stay where they are. Every turn counts as one tap.

Each level awards 1 to 3 stars. You get 1 star for lighting every target, 2 stars for doing it within par (the number of taps shown at the top of the screen, exactly the fewest taps that solve the level), and 3 stars for doing that without using a hint or undo.

Each source sends out cyan, magenta or amber energy, and each target shows the colour it needs. When streams of different colours meet in a pipe, they blend into a mixed colour. A target only lights up when exactly the right colour reaches it, so a stray stream of the wrong colour can spoil it.

A hint turns one tile into its correct position and counts every tap it makes, so a hinted solve never beats par. Undo takes back your last move. Use them whenever you like, but a level only earns its third star when you solve it without either.

Every day there is a new puzzle, the same for all players. Complete it to build your streak. A new Daily Circuit starts at midnight, your local time. Premium players can also replay previous days from the archive.

A streak freeze saves your Daily streak when you miss a day. You earn one for every 7 days in a row, and you can hold up to 2.

On your Home Screen, touch and hold an empty spot, tap "Edit" and then "Add Widget", and choose HexPulse. On the Lock Screen, touch and hold it, tap "Customize" and add HexPulse in the widget area. The widget shows your streak and whether today's Daily Circuit is still waiting.

Premium is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks packs 4 to 25 (1100 extra levels), Endless mode, unlimited Time Attack runs, Perfect Run on every pack, the Daily Circuit archive and four bonus themes. The first three packs, the Daily Circuit and one Time Attack run a day stay free for everyone.

In Time Attack you complete as many circuits as you can in three minutes; free players get one run per day, Premium is unlimited. In Perfect Run you replay a pack you have fully finished from level 1, within par on every level. Undo and hints are off, and one level over par ends the run.

HexPulse is available in English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese. The app follows your device language; you can also pick a language for HexPulse alone in the iOS Settings app under Apps > HexPulse > Language.

Yes. HexPulse includes 6 colour themes: Midnight and Emerald are free, and Crimson, Sunset, Arctic and Amethyst come with Premium. Go to Settings to switch themes. The energy colours stay the same in every theme, so the puzzles always read the same way.

Go to Settings and tap "Reset All Progress". This clears your stars, streaks and best scores on this device and in iCloud. Your Premium purchase is not affected and can always be restored through the App Store.

No. HexPulse does not collect any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no ads and no accounts. Your progress is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
